A $50 deposit will be requested to hold your appointment date and time. Deposits can be paid via Venmo (@goldenpoppytattoo). Please inquire for other payment options.

Deposits are non-refundable, but go towards the total price of your service.

No alcohol within 24 hours of your appointment.

Avoid blood thinning medications (Aspirin, Advil, Vitamin E, Fish oil, etc.) for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Skin must be in optimal condition - discontinue exfoliants, acne treatments, and anti-aging products at least three weeks prior to your appointment.

Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning 30 days before your procedure.

You must be fully healed from Botox, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments before your appointments.

Failure to follow pre-care instructions may result in rescheduling and loss of deposit.

Rescheduling requires advance notice. No-shows, cancellations, or last-minute changes will forfeit the deposit.

If you are running late, please text or call Khrystina at (916) 607-1933 immediately. A delay of 15 minutes without notice will prompt a check-in. A 30 minute delay without communication results in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

Clients who fail to show up or reschedule last minute will lose their deposit.
